Welborn Family Christmas

We celebrated Christmas with the Welborn's the weekend after and unfortunately we had a few people missing b/c of sickness.  Nic stayed home with Madi & Lucy so it was pretty quiet day :(

CAT visitors Center

Matt, Rachel & Kane came over the day after Christmas to go to Bass Pro & the CAT visitors center.

 I have to admit the place was pretty cool

Brody was in Heaven he got to see all his favorite's-Dump Truck, skidster, backhoe, roller

Christmas Dinner with the Righters

So far its been a busy Christmas Day but we don't mind it b/c its spending lots of time with our families!! 

Ashlyn LOVES Addie's husband Wes I think she sat on his lap the entire night.  So cute!

 Brody got a super cool tricycle from Great Grandma Jane!  He LOVED it.

 Look at all the gifts-by the way we drove Ryan's HUGE work van all over Christmas day and barely fit everything in!  HOLY SMOKES we are overly blessed

Well another Christmas is over & even though its a little sad when the hustle and bustle comes to an end (actually as an adult I'm not as sad as I remember being when I was younger) its been WONDERFUL and there is nothing better than creating memories & new traditions with my beautiful family!!  

Christmas Brunch w/Paw Paw & Emaw

We landed at Paw Paw & Emaw's house around 10:30 just in time for yummy brunch.  I was surprised the kids ate b/c they were sooo excited to open more presents & see what Santa had left!

Santa Came!

 

The kids woke up around 7 and were VERY anxious to see if Santa had come!  I have such a cute video of their reaction but for whatever reason couldn't get it to download to my blog.

Ashlyn had asked Santa to bring her a pair of glasses and contacts just like mommy's & Brody of course thought he needed more tractors. 


Santa was able to find her a couple pair of glasses but unfortunately no contacts:(  Doesn't she look so cute and grown up.  

Daddy found Brody a Redskins football helmet, jersey w/pads and pants.  So cute!



Ashlyn has always been a little artist and LOVES to do anything related to art Santa thought an Easel was the perfect gift.  She loves it!

The kids don't get a lot of time to play with their toys xmas morning before its time to head to Paw Paw & Emaw Kristi's house to see what Santa delivers there!
