Oh the personality this child has:) She loves to talk on the phone, she has a pink cell phone that is in the car and if I'm talking on the cell phone she will pretend she is talking on the phone too, and then whenever we say "BYE" she will yell "BYE BYE"! I sometimes have to think back to what life was like before Ashlyn. . .it must have been very very boring is all I got to say!

The other night Ashlyn crawled up in the chair and fell asleep-this is how we found her. . .so sweet!

American Idol

Ashlyn loves to watch American Idol with us. . .she will sing, dance, and clap and really its about the only show she will sit and watch! Of course as soon as she knows I'm trying to capture a video she doesn't co-operate.

CHEESE:)

Ashlyn is starting to get better about getting her picture taken. If I tell her CHEESE-this is what she does:) Note her CRAZY hair-Ryan says she looks like Ace Ventura when she gets up in the mornings.

Weekend Getaway!

Last weekend we headed up to Grand Bear Lodge at Starved Rock for a little getaway with the Webers and Popejoys! We had so much fun-lots and lots of good laughs:)One of the many dress up pictures I have-check out the pigtails, she is getting so much better about leaving things in her hair. She says PRETTY now! She loves Auntie Lori's wooly shoes.

This was so cute-Ashlyn would push her in the swing and then lift the tray to get her out. You can see her hands she was wanting her to come to her. . .then when that didn't work she tried to lift her out. It was a night FULL of laughs thats for sure.

The guys all went to the Illini vs. Michigan game so the girls had fun hanging out. Ashlyn and Lainie get along so well-hope it continues as the girls get older.

Happy Boy!

Over the weekend we had a house full-so much fun to get together with family. Asher hadn't been down to visit us since August when he was just a little baby. When you have a husband and daughter that love to clean!!

She cracks us up-totally loves to run the vacuum and dust with the swiffer. Saturday she had the swiffer and was trying to clean the toilets with it. . .didn't have my camera for that one but she had water everywhere.
