Ryan turned the BIG 35 TODAY!! I love this picture, for those of you who know my husband well, you all know what a CRAZY DIE HARD Washington Redskins fan he is. There is a buddy of his at work that lost a bet so Ryan ordered these noses for him to wear. . .Ashlyn thought it was pretty funny when she saw what they looked like in the mirror.
She really didn't like the fact that he was in her stroller, she kept trying to climb in with him.
We tried to get a picture of the 2 of them but Ashlyn was way more interested in touching Asher and giving him hugs.
Yes it looks like she is trying to squeeze his head off but I think she was just trying to give him a hug. Poor Asher!
It was so cute to see Ashlyn's reaction when we put Asher in her swing. She immediately wanted to push him and kept touch his hands and face like she was taking care of him. 
Saturday night we celebrated Megan's soon to be last night single!! We had such a great time. . .it had been way to long for all of us girls getting together for a girls night out. It was also Daddy's first night alone with Ashlyn. Saturday night they went for a long walk and then played with the neighbor girls and then Sunday morning he fixed breakfast and they ate outside and played. Of course he didn't take any pictures!! Ryan said he doesn't know how single parents do it, Ashlyn kept him pretty busy. . .I think its good for him!
Ok, so I got this suit on the clearance rack at Childrens Place-size 4T and I thought for the heck of it I would try it on and see how it fit!! YEAH, little chunky monkey fit into it just fine, I think they had the size marked wrong. . .or at least I hope so!
Not sure if I should call this helping or not. . .SHE LOVES to climb in the dishwasher, sure wish I could teach her how to load and unload it:)So its officially been one week now that Ashlyn is walking all over and boy does she have it figured out. She is practically running circles around the house and forgets sometimes she needs to slow down. She makes me so nervous but little MISS INDEPENDENT isn't scared of anything and thinks she is HOT STUFF! So cute. Love the outfit Tess:)
Looks like Ashlyn is going to take after her daddy, she loves corn on the cob. Took her a little bit to figure out what she was suppose to do with it but once she had a taste she thought it was YUMMY-ummm she kept saying. 
Love these 2 pictures! Ashlyn adores the neighbor girls-well I think they like her a little too. We have so much fun together and so glad to have them as our neighbors. 
Since the weather wasn't the greatest on Saturday for the party we decided to continue the party on Sunday and the neighbor girls came over for a water balloon fight! Ashlyn loved to bite the water balloons and then she couldn't quite figure out where they went after they popped. What a great day for some summer fun! 
Ashlyn loved to share her cake with mommy-it was delicious:) As you can see she did a good job digging into it!
Our theme for Ashlyn's party was Cupcakes so my mom made her the most adorable cupcake-it was HUGE!! Ashlyn had no problem digging in, she kept looking at everyone one, "Like its really ok for me to be doing this." She would pick the entire cake up with both hands, it was really too cute. Zelma of course was right there to pick up every little scrap that went to the ground. 
The other cake-from Janet's of course!! YUMMO- and Aunt Rachel made homeade ice cream.
Brooke & Milissa + 7!! NO WAY!! There were 7 babies under the age of 1 at the party-Ashlyn 1, Sydney 5 months, Kane 4 months, Violet and Elijah 3 months 1 day apart, Lainie 10 months, and Asher 2 months-WHEW!!

We got Ashlyn this cute little car-Ryan says she is all set to move out, a new house, car, 4-wheeler, tricycle, grocery cart, vacuum, and on and on!!
