To build or not to build? That is the ?

In May we decided to buy this lot we decided last fall that we wanted to be closer to both of our families and for our kids to go to Morton Schools.  We found an amazing piece of property outside of Morton-corner lot that is almost an acre with no side or backyard neighbors.  So now it comes to deciding when will we build and what style of home do we build.  This has been a HUGE discussion for the past few months because we both know the stresses that come along with building a home.  When we built our current home we had NO KIDS and less demanding jobs which allowed for a lot more FREE TIME.  Ryan would love to start this spring (I'm hoping to wait another year) so we have met with a builder and tomorrow we are meeting with him again to stake things out and he is going to laser shoot the lot to make sure the plan we have picked will work. 

After looking at hundreds of thousands of plans we both agree we LOVE this one!!  Of course there are things we will change but overall it has everything we are looking for.
