Jason, Brooke, Lainie & Aubrey came to our house for the weekend and the kids had a ball!! Thought we better get together before lil brother gets here in a couple more weeks! The girls got to have a sleep over (thats what Ashlyn calls it) downstairs on the couch bed and they did pretty good sleeping in the same bed. Saturday they were up bright in early to help me make breakfast.
The girls were in charge of getting the biscuits ready!
After showers and breakfast we headed over to Peoria Zoo. Ashlyn has been asking if we could go to the zoo since last fall and we kept telling her we had to wait til it was warmer-well the 1st warm week we had she asked when we were going to the Zoo:) The kid doesn't forget ANYTHING!!!

Here is Brody's reaction-he was so funny ever time the Tiger walked past he would cry then be fine as soon as he passed. Our kids definately have different personalities:)
Aubrey wasn't scared she is such a cutie pie-I could just love on her all day!!
Ashlyn and Lainie had so much fun-they get along so well!!
Checkin out the BIG snake-
After the Zoo we played at the park, picked up lunch and headed back to our house for naps and a fun filled afternoon outside.
Brody loves to put this bucket on his head-such a turkey!
Aubrey needed an icecream sandwich too-I love how she scrunches her face when she looks at you.
This is how we ended the day-locked the kids in the dog kennel!! Not sure why they thought it was so fun to play in there -can't call it child abuse when the kids enjoy it right:)
So fun when we get together -we can't wait to meet their new addition in a few short weeks!
